We are looking for a highly motivated and socially intelligent sales executive to help us perpetually fill the pipelines of our studios with high quality leads. We are a group of builder studios working within the realm of software products and startups, each serving a similar audience but adding value to specific stages of our customers’ lifecycles. Eli5 is a software studio, helping companies thrive by building software products that solve actual problems. Noco is a design-first web studio that builds websites for companies within the SaaS and internet business. And lastly, The Validation Company ensures tech-startups and software products are validated upfront and built in the right direction. Together we work on challenging projects that are providing real value by solving problems people actually care about. The role of a Account Manager

Scalable, predictable revenue and growth. You’ll be working alongside our executive team and our studios’ directors. Together you’ll be crafting the right angles, campaigns, and strategies to persuade companies within our target audiences to become customers. We have licenses on multiple research tools, databases, and productivity tools that help you build systems that produce high quality opportunities. Next to that we encourage you to always be on the look out to make our sales development stack even better.

We’re looking for social and convincing person who thinks like a growth hacker and knows her/his way around with automation tools. Besides that you need to know how to craft the right propositions for our audiences, and truly want to put in the grind to make things work. We offer you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced company and grow your skills and experience within the fields of entrepreneurship, business development, software development, (corporate) startups, product, and design.

We expect you to:
  • Identify new business opportunities, and create interest in our studios’ offerings;
  • Qualify warm leads via phone, email, chat, video conference and social media platforms;
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients, build trust and maintain high levels of client satisfaction;
  • Consult potential clients to determine the best solutions for their specific needs;
  • Create proposals that outline pricing models, implementation strategies, and other details;
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to promote products to new and existing clients;
  • Conduct systematic market research to generate high-quality leads and identify key players;
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer records, and activity and pipeline reports;
  • Have strong copywriting skills in both English and Dutch; and
  • Aligning sales strategies with our executives and studio directors.
The goals of your job will be:
  • Ensuring consistent growth in quality and results of Eli5, Noco, and The Validation Company;
  • Working closely with the CCO, our commercial team, and external partners on improving our B2B sales strategy and execution thereof;
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships; and
  • Keeping an open eye on market trends, analysing customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and the potential for new products and services.
Our perfect candidate has:
  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics and Transportation or other relevant;
  • More than two years of sales experience in the software, startup, and/or webdesign industry;
  • B2B Software sales experience is a great advantage;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively;
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Dutch. Other languages (German, Spanish, French) are a plus;
  • Able to intelligently question and consult with professionals of all levels;
  • Passion for selling and enthusiastic self-starter with a “can do” attitude;
  • * Technology savvy and proficient in using a wide range of communication, presentation and other business tools;
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar CMS;
  • Strong teamwork abilities, responsibility and proactive attitude;
  • Flexibility and capacity to adapt to constantly changing circumstances;
  • Relationship management skills and openness to constructive feedback; and
  • An incredible amount of positive energy.
